Washington Headquarters Services Awards $105M Contract to ISI-Markon JV LLC

FALLS CHURCH, Virginia, March 13, 2024 – ISI-Markon JV, LLC, a strategic partnership between ISI Professional Services (ISI), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, and Markon LLC (Markon), formed under the U.S. Small Business Administration’s All Small Mentor Protégé Program (ASMPP), announced it has been awarded a $105 million prime contract to provide construction management technical support services for Washington Headquarters Services (WHS).

The five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract includes analytical, planning, design, and construction management support. Projects are located on the Pentagon Reservation in Arlington, Virginia as well as in the National Capital Region.
