STERLING, VA – March 9, 2026 – ISI-Markon JV LLC is proud to announce its selection for a Construction Management support contract with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs at the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center (VAMC). Under this award, ISI-Markon JV will provide Construction Administration services in support of critical Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) infrastructure upgrades, helping prepare and enhance facility systems necessary for implementation of the VA’s modernized electronic health record platform.

The EHRM initiative represents one of the most significant modernization efforts within the VA healthcare system. The Oklahoma City VAMC infrastructure upgrades will include coordination and oversight of construction activities necessary to support IT, electrical, mechanical, and facility modifications required to enable EHRM deployment within an active healthcare environment.

Through this engagement, ISI-Markon JV will provide disciplined onsite Construction Administration support, including field observations, documentation management, quality assurance tracking, contractor coordination, schedule monitoring, and compliance oversight aligned with VA standards and project-specific requirements. The team’s experience supporting VA healthcare construction in occupied medical facilities positions the JV to assist the Government in maintaining operational continuity while executing critical infrastructure improvements.
