ISI Recent Successes
Growing Capacities
Since 2001 ISI has been actively developing strategic alliances in an effort to expand our capacity and maintain diversity in company’s sources of revenue. Our major alliances include Jones Lang LaSalle, Chickasaw Nation Industries, Tyco/ADT, American Commercial Group, ISI Holdings, and S&S/ISI. Recognizing that diversity has been the backbone of ISI’s success in its goal to achieve excellence, and to continue such excellence, ISI has executed a joint venture with S&S, Inc., a MBE and HUB Zone certified entity who historically has the same goal as ISI to continue the path of success with diversity. Below are some of ISI’s most recent successes, all of which are a result of these strategic alliances.
Jones Lang LaSalle
Our Real Estate Transaction Group negotiated a strategic alliance with Jones Lang LaSalle, which resulted in a major award from the General Services Administration, the National Brokers Contract. Under this contract, the ISI/Jones Lang LaSalle team is one of four firms designated to handle all leasing transactions for the U.S. Government nationwide.
Chickasaw Nations Industries
Our teaming agreement with Chickasaw Nations Industries yielded in an $80 million contract for base maintenance of the U.S. Army Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey. ISI is also developing and staffing an “all hazards” simulation training facility for Homeland Security at Picatinny. This training facility is intended for public health, law enforcement, and environmental protection emergency response and emergency medical practitioners and clinicians.
Tyco/ADT
Another of ISI’s strategic alliance partners is Tyco/ADT. Together, the firms were awarded a contract from the Prince Georges County, Maryland, government to develop an integrated access control system with an open architecture. The system will control doors and alarm points; provide integration with fire systems, alarm detection, and CCTV technology; and allow access using a multi-technology card.
