Real Estate Services

ISI is under contract to the Office of Construction & Facilities Management to perform lease acquisition and construction management services for the Department of Veterans Affairs. ISI has a diverse staff of realty specialists, construction managers and attorneys working on VA projects consisting of over two million square feet of facilities that include Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CPOC’s), Consolidated Mail Operations Processing (CMOP’s), Consolidated Patient Accounting Center’s (CPAC’s), general office space, homeless shelters and parking spaces for the Department Veterans Affairs. ISI is also under contract to the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Office of Asset Enterprise Management to support their Enhanced-Use Lease Program. ISI is teamed with Capitol CREAG to provide lease administration and acquisition services to the Department of Agriculture for its leased facilities across the country. ISI is currently the primary subcontractor to CNI, Inc. under a five-year contract at Picatinny Arsenal to provide operations and maintenance services.

Facilities Maintenance ISI provides all of the labor and materials required for the all around maintenance and upkeep of a facility. The services related to the complete operations, maintenance and upkeep of a facility may include, but are not limited to:
Repairs & Alterations HVAC Plumbing Ground Maintenance	Landscaping Electrical Mechanical Data/Voice cabling

Facilities Management

We provide the day-to-day overall coordination of all facility-related Operations, projects, operations and maintenance (O&M) services and procedures required to support building occupants/tenants and their missions.

ISI provides comprehensive engineering services, including design, construction, operation analyses, and integration.
