Recent Success – Department of Veterans Affairs Leasing & Land Management Support Contract

WASHINGTON, DC – The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), on January 21, 2016, awarded Interior Systems, Inc., dba ISI Professional Services (ISI), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), a Leasing and Land Management Support Contract.

The scope of this contract involves supporting VA’s Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM), Office of Real Property (ORP), in the acquisition of leasehold interests, land acquisition, oversight of construction and related real estate services across all States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and U. S. Territories. For the past eleven years, ISI has had a diverse staff of realty specialists, space planners, relocation and furniture professionals, construction managers and attorneys working on VA projects nationwide.

Previously, in 2007 and 2010, ISI was awarded predecessor “National Broker Contracts” by CFM to perform identical services.  In support of this earlier work, ISI completed the successful acquisition of 26 facilities consisting of more than 1.2 million square feet of space.
