Lawrence K. Doll
Chairman of the Board & Principal
Lawrence K. Doll is the sole proprietor of The Lawrence Doll
Company, a real estate development firm located in Fairfax, Virginia. In
February of 1995, he formed Lawrence Doll Homes, L.L.C., a home-building
company; Mr. Doll is a former Marine who served in Vietnam where he received
a Purple Heart and the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry. After recuperating
from combat wounds in Guam, he returned to the United States where he served
in the prestigious United States Marine Corps Honor Guard in Washington,
D.C. Upon being honorably discharged, he completed two years at Piedmont
Community College in Charlottesville, Virginia, and majored in Business
Administration. Mr. Doll entered the real estate industry, and in 1980, he
started The Lawrence Doll Company, a real estate firm specializing in land
development. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of the United Bank and
the George Mason University Foundation.

Marshall
Executive Director & Principal
Dan
Marshall, President of the Real Estate Transaction Group, oversees the
administrative side of the company and shares in the business development
responsibilities by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Mr.
Marshall has managed ISI’s Real Estate Transaction Group for the last twelve
years, which requires him to supervise over 100 professionals supporting
federal agencies with strategic planning, transaction services, construction
management, IT, and relocation management. For the past three years, he has
interpreted and analyzed complicated federal requirements as the Government
struggles to modernize its facilities while meeting new security
requirements. Mr. Marshall attended Randolph Macon College.

John Friel
Senior Vice President
John
Friel, Senior Vice President of the Real Estate Transaction Group, brings
twenty-six years of transaction experience to the real estate team. He was a
contracting officer and project manager for the General Services
Administration on many large leasing and renovation projects in the Boston
area. At the National Institutes of Health as head of the real estate office,
he managed the largest expansion in the NIH history, acquiring over 3 million
square feet of expansion space in five years including 700,000+ sf of the most
specialized lab space ever built. With ISI, he has guided numerous
large-scale projects, such as the multiple laboratories at Twinbrook in
Rockville MD, the lab at the Bayview campus of Johns Hopkins University and
the recent ground lease at Picatinny Army Arsenal. Mr. Friel attended Holy
Cross College.

Morton
Taubman
Corporate Counsel
Mort Taubman is ISI’s General Counsel and is in charge of all legal matters
for the company. He has authored numerous papers and articles concerning
corporate accounting and has been an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown
University, George Washington University, and American University, as well as
a lecturer at New York University. Mr. Taubman is a member of the Maryland
Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar Association, and American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants.
