managed all aspects of the space acquisition, design, construction, and
relocation into a 120,000 sf leased building. We developed a relocation
master plan, budget, and schedule and coordinated all of the project tasks and
vendors.
The ISI Project Manager was
responsible for managing all relocation tasks that included:

specifications for voice/data cabling and electrical requirements

provided a turnkey office solution that included real estate acquisition,
programming, construction drawings, project management, high-density files
migration, voice/data cabling, furniture design and procurement, and
relocation planning and management.

ISI managed the relocation of the Office of Hearings and Appeals into 50,000
sf of newly constructed leased space. We also developed a relocation master
plan, budget, and schedule and coordinated all of the project tasks and
vendors.

Management for the relocation of approximately 300 NPS staff. ISI was
responsible for the relocation plan and implementation and on site management
of all relocation vendors and related activity.

relocation of the Division of Migratory Birds, External Affairs, and the
