With the new administration, Federal agencies have been challenged with a wide range of green initiatives and decreasing their energy consumption and costs. To help agencies comply with the new energy efficiency mandates and going -green, ISI has formed the Energy IQ Team (EIQ). The EIQ team has top-flight technologists, energy engineers and experienced clean energy experts that know how to find key measures that will reduce the carbon emissions footprint and overall energy consumption. We help identify and implement critical energy savings and going-green plans. ISI understands the increasingly complex steps needed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and use renewable energy sources. ISI helps agencies implement and expedite this process in ways that are practical, environmentally conscious and energy efficient.

Solutions

ISI offers a wide array of professional services, with concentrations in Real Estate, Facilities, and Energy Efficiency Services. ISI holds a TOP SECRET facility clearance, is registered at E-Verify for employee verification and its accounting systems have been approved by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). Since its inception in 1992, ISI has provided Integrated Occupancy Services to the General Services Administration (GSA) and other federal clients. Integrated Occupancy Services are any service required in the occupancy of space. ISI maintains six GSA Federal Supply Schedules to provide federal clients its services. Our Government clients utilize a wide range of contract vehicles, agency-specific purchasing agreements, and blanket purchasing agreements. ISI has multiple GSA schedules including the Facilities Support Services Contract # GS-06F-0025S SIN 811-002 for Complete Facilities Maintenance. On this GSA schedule, ISI provides all of the labor and materials required for the all around maintenance and upkeep of a facility. ISI offers a complete energy audit, recommendations to meet the desired going green plan, equipment specifications and a statement of work for the construction procurement. ISI offers project and construction management for the complete for the maintenance and upkeep of a facility including the management of repairs and alterations to; HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical and a wide array of facility energy efficiency retrofits and automated control systems.
